These terms apply to the public-facing Site only. Separate terms will apply when BANDing AID v1.0 software is released for purchase.

You may browse this Site and submit your email through the notification form to be informed when BANDing AID launches. You may not:

No warranty during pre-launch
The information on this Site about BANDing AID software is provided for informational purposes only and reflects our current plans for the product. Specifications, features, pricing, launch timing, and supported platforms are subject to change before launch.
Signing up for the launch notification does not constitute a purchase agreement, a reservation, or a promise of any particular feature, price, or timing. If our plans change materially, we will inform notification subscribers by email.
